Terms of use

Last updated: 17 October 2026.

These terms apply when you or your organisation use CoachKeep, software for coaching practices made by Adeona. By creating an account or using CoachKeep you agree to them. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you may agree for it.

Who we are

Adeona is run by Suyyash Raj Arora, based in India. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by the other ways listed on the support page.

The service

CoachKeep keeps a practice's enquiries, calls, follow-ups, bookings, email and campaigns in one place. We may improve, change or remove features over time. If we remove something your organisation relies on, we will tell account owners in advance where we reasonably can.

CoachKeep is in an early pilot. We work to keep it available and your records safe, but there may be interruptions, mistakes and maintenance windows.

Accounts

  • Each person signs in with their own account. Do not share sign-ins.
  • The account owner decides who joins the organisation and what each person can see and do.
  • Keep your sign-in secure, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

Your records

Your organisation's records (contacts, enquiries, notes, bookings, email and so on) belong to your organisation. We use them only to provide CoachKeep to you, as described in the privacy notice. You can export them at any time.

You are responsible for having the right to put people's information into CoachKeep, and for how your practice uses it.

Fair use

You agree not to use CoachKeep to:

  • send marketing email to people who have not agreed to receive it, or ignore an unsubscribe;
  • send spam, deceptive messages, or anything unlawful, abusive or harassing;
  • store information you have no right to hold;
  • try to get into another organisation's records, test our security without our written permission, or overload the service;
  • copy, resell or rebuild CoachKeep.

Each organisation has sending limits, so that one practice cannot harm email delivery for everyone else. If an account breaks these rules we may pause sending, or the account, and will tell the account owner why.

Other services you connect

CoachKeep works with services such as Google (sign-in and Calendar), Zoom (video meetings) and email providers. When you connect one, its own terms also apply to your use of it. You can disconnect it at any time, in CoachKeep or in that service's settings. We are not responsible for those services being unavailable.

Fees

The price, billing period and what is included are as agreed when your organisation signs up, or as shown on your invoice. Fees are in Indian rupees unless agreed otherwise. If we change the price, we will tell account owners at least 30 days before the change applies to them. If a payment is overdue we may pause the account after telling the account owner; your records are kept while it is paused.

Leaving

You can stop using CoachKeep at any time and ask for your organisation's account to be closed. Export your records first. After closing, records are deleted as described in the privacy notice. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after telling the account owner, except where the law or urgent harm requires us to act at once.

Our responsibility

CoachKeep is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be free of faults or always available, or that it suits every purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability to an organisation for any claim is limited to the fees it paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We will post changes here and change the date at the top. For a significant change we will also tell account owners by email before it applies.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to sort it out together.
