adeona

CRM for counsellors and therapists

People tell a counsellor things they tell nobody else. A client system for a counselling practice has to respect that before it does anything else.

Privacy first

  • Each practice's data is kept in its own database; Adeona's operators cannot read it.
  • Phone numbers and email addresses can be masked from staff who do not need them, such as a receptionist who only books sessions.
  • Staff can be limited to their own clients.
  • No email open or click tracking, ever.
  • Consent is recorded per purpose, with when and how it was given, under India's DPDP Act 2023.
  • A second sign-in factor and an audit trail of who changed what.

The practice side

  • Session types (intake, follow-up, couples) with their own length and buffers.
  • A booking page clients use themselves, with reminders and private reschedule links.
  • Attendance: a missed session becomes a follow-up, so nobody drifts away unnoticed.
  • Invoices with part payments and instalment plans.

What CoachKeep is not

CoachKeep is not an electronic health record. It does not store clinical session notes in a structured clinical format, prescriptions or diagnoses. It runs the front office: enquiries, bookings, follow-ups, email and billing.
