GST invoices and instalments for coaches
Coaching programmes are rarely paid in one go. CoachKeep's invoices are made for part payments and instalment plans, and they sit on the same record as the client's bookings.
Invoices
- Raised from a won lead in a couple of taps.
- Optional GST at your rate, with your GSTIN; numbers run in order.
- Email, share on WhatsApp, or download as PDF.
Getting paid
- Record payments as they arrive: UPI, bank transfer, cash, card or cheque.
- Any number of part payments; the balance updates.
- Instalment plans: one invoice due in parts, each with its own date.
- Overdue invoices appear on Today; a reminder email goes at most once a day.
- A payment entered by mistake can be taken back, with a reason kept on record.
Good to know
Clients pay you directly; CoachKeep does not process payments or create payment links today. Whether you must charge GST depends on your registration; ask your accountant.
